Celery Seeds
Celery Seeds are from a plant similar to the more common variety of celery eaten as a vegetable. Also known as ‘smallage’, the seeds may be small but they have a strong flavour and pungent grassy aroma that needs to be used sparingly so as not to overpower a dish.
