This carefully selected parcel of black rice has been steamed in its husk to capture the nutrients from the barn. The delicious nutty taste and magical aromas pair well with vegetables, fish, meat and sits well as a stir fry. Easy to cook and full of goodness, this precious grain is a superior choice.
How to use:
- Add 1 3/4 cups of water to 1 cup (200g) of rice and salt to taste.- Bring to boil over high heat. Cover, reduce to simmer covered for 20 - 30 minutes.- Remove from heat and stand covered for 5 - 10 minutes and serve.
