This dried Garlic Ground is a great substitute for raw garlic, providing the same pungent, characteristic aroma and sharp flavour that sweetens on cooking, but without all the peeling and chopping.
How to use:
This dried version adds the garlic flavour without the texture and disperses well in water, just perfect for sauces and marinades! Garlic Ground can be used just as you would raw garlic at a ratio of using 1/8 teaspoon per clove of garlic. You can mix one part garlic powder to three parts salt to make your own garlic salt for seasoning mouth-watering baked potatoes.
