Hokkien style noodles (yellow noodles, also known as "mee" in South-East Asia) is plump, springy and silky cooked al dente. It is as versatile as it is vibrant. Perfect for frying, or add to soup or laksa broths. 1 serve (1 piece) of this noodle is roughly 65g.
