A classic, clean two-ingredient pairing — 100% certified organic Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) and Ginger Cut (Zingiber officinale), both Australian sourced. The lemongrass delivers a fresh, citrusy lift and the ginger adds a satisfying warming spice on the finish, producing a cup that is simultaneously invigorating and soothing.

 

Directions: 

1. Add 1–2 teaspoons per cup of hot water (90–95°C).

2. Steep for 5–7 minutes, covered, to preserve aromatic oils.

3. Enjoy hot or iced. Sweeten with honey or lemon if desired.

4. Store in a cool, dry place to retain freshness and flavour.
