Grown down the eastern coast of Queensland and into New South Wales, macadamias are sold all around the world for their irresistible rich, creamy texture. The macadamia kernel is surrounded by an extremely hard shell, locking in all the goodness. A specialised nut cracker is needed to break the outer shell without damaging the perfect white round kernel inside. Don’t worry, we’ve done all the hard work for you!
How To Use:
