An easy way to make authentic Moroccan dishes in your own home, this vibrant spice blend makes a tasty addition to lamb burgers or roasted chicken. Carefully selected, dehydrated vegetables are blended into a tasty mixture that can be rubbed straight on to meat and poultry, or used to flavour a delicious tagine. It can also be mixed with natural yoghurt, parsley and lemon to marinate chicken or lamb cutlets before oven baking or pan-frying for a tender and flavoursome meal.
