This Native Bush rub will add the flavours of the Australian bush to your recipes. It combines the warm spicy flavours of pepper and wattle seed with zesty lemon myrtle, earthy saltbush and the subtle sweetness of cinnamon.

Rub this native bush mix onto chicken or meat before grilling or BBQing. Sprinkle a little over vegetables before they go on the grill to bring flavours alive. Or combine this salt rub with oil and brush on to meats or use as a marinade.

Ingredients:
Wattleseed, Organic Cinnamon, Saltbush, Pepperleaf, Salt, Organic Lemon Myrtle, Parsley, Cracked Black Peppercorns.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight
