Matcha Latte with a twist. Our Organic Matcha combined with our new vibrant Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder.
Blue matcha tea is not a true tea but rather a tisane (herbal tea.) It is made from ground powder (blue matcha powder) that comes from the Butterfly Pea Flower plant. The most common way this tea is enjoyed is in latte form with frothed milk.
Mix 1tsp of the powder mix in a small amount of hot water to form a paste, then mix with your favourite milk or milk substitute serve hot or over ice.
Blue matcha tastes a more earthy, grassy, vegetal flavour with slight notes of floral.
