Organic chamomile flowers have a beautiful, refreshing, almost apple-like taste and aroma. How To Use:
Organic chamomile flowers can be steeped in hot water to produce an aromatic, relaxing, caffeine free tea. They can also be used in herbal remedies or to make beauty products such as soap and scented pillows.
To prepare as a soothing hot drink, pour one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of dried organic chamomile flowers. Leave to infuse for 4-5 minutes. Add a little honey and lemon to help bring out the natural sweetness of the flowers.
