Smoked Paprika is a must for your pantry! A vibrant red powder made from a sweet member of the capsicum family, it has a subtle, warm, sweet and slightly earthy flavour. Smoked Paprika can be used instead of chilli for a milder heat while adding colour and flavour. Smoked Paprika is sometimes known as pimentón. It is slowly roasted over a fire, imparting a delectable rich and smokey flavour.
